Processing Time All products are made to order. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days before shipping.
Shipping Times Once fulfilled, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia/New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Shipping Carriers Orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or DHL eCommerce depending on your location and the product ordered.
Tracking You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
International Orders International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue.
